A major corruption case has come to light from Haridwar district, where a Roorkee doctor arrested for bribery of taking 20k red handed by vigilance at the Civil Hospital. रुड़की मे विजिलेंस की बड़ी कार्यवाही
हरिद्वार जिले के रुड़की से एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जहां विजिलेंस की टीम ने सिविल अस्पताल में तैनात एक डॉक्टर को रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया है। यह कार्रवाई शनिवार रात उस वक्त हुई, जब डॉक्टर इमरजेंसी ड्यूटी पर मौजूद थे।
20 हजार रुपये लेते ही दबोचा गया डॉक्टर
जानकारी के मुताबिक, विजिलेंस टीम ने सिविल अस्पताल के भीतर ही डॉक्टर को 20 हजार रुपये की रिश्वत लेते हुए पकड़ा। यह रकम मारपीट के एक मामले में लीगल सप्लीमेंट्री रिपोर्ट तैयार करने के बदले मांगी गई थी। आरोप है कि डॉक्टर ने पीड़ित से कुल 30 हजार रुपये की मांग की थी।
गिरफ्तार डॉक्टर की पहचान आभास सिंह के रूप में हुई है, जिनका करीब एक महीने पहले मसूरी से रुड़की सिविल अस्पताल में ट्रांसफर हुआ था।
Roorkee Doctor Arrested for Bribery : Caught Taking ₹20,000 Bribe Inside Hospital
According to official sources, the vigilance team arrested the doctor while he was accepting ₹20,000 in cash inside Roorkee Civil Hospital. The bribe was allegedly demanded for preparing a legal supplementary medical report in a physical assault case. The total demand was ₹30,000, out of which ₹20,000 was fixed for the trap.
The arrested doctor has been identified as Abhas Singh, who was transferred to Roorkee Civil Hospital from Mussoorie about a month ago.
Vigilance Trap Near Blood Bank
Vigilance officials from Dehradun stated that the victim approached them after being harassed for money. After verifying the complaint, a well-planned trap was laid. On Saturday evening, the complainant was asked to call the doctor near the hospital’s blood bank to hand over the money.
As soon as the chemically treated ₹20,000 was handed over, the vigilance team moved in and caught the doctor red-handed. He was immediately taken into custody and questioned for several hours at the hospital premises.
ब्लड बैंक के पास बिछाया गया जाल
विजिलेंस अधिकारियों के अनुसार, पीड़ित ने रिश्वत की मांग से परेशान होकर देहरादून विजिलेंस टीम से संपर्क किया था। शिकायत की पुष्टि के बाद टीम ने पूरी योजना बनाई। शनिवार देर शाम शिकायतकर्ता को अस्पताल बुलाया गया और डॉक्टर को ब्लड बैंक के पास रुपये लेने के लिए कहा गया।
जैसे ही केमिकल लगे हुए 20 हजार रुपये डॉक्टर ने लिए, विजिलेंस टीम ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए उन्हें पकड़ लिया। मौके पर ही पूछताछ शुरू की गई, जो कई घंटों तक चली।
Search at Government Residence
Following the arrest, the vigilance team took the doctor to his government accommodation, where a search operation was also carried out. After completing all formal procedures and interrogation, the doctor was officially arrested and taken to Dehradun for further investigation.
सरकारी आवास की भी हुई तलाशी
गिरफ्तारी के बाद विजिलेंस टीम डॉक्टर को उनके सरकारी आवास पर ले गई, जहां तलाशी भी ली गई। हालांकि वहां से क्या बरामद हुआ, इसकी आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की गई है। सभी औपचारिकताओं के बाद डॉक्टर को हिरासत में लेकर विजिलेंस टीम देहरादून रवाना हो गई।
No Response from Roorkee Civil Hospital Administration
When media tried to contact the Chief Medical Superintendent of Roorkee Civil Hospital, Dr. Sanjay Kansal, to seek clarification on the matter, calls reportedly went unanswered. No official statement has been released by the hospital administration so far.
अस्पताल प्रशासन की चुप्पी
इस पूरे मामले पर जब मीडिया ने रुड़की सिविल अस्पताल के सीएमएस डॉक्टर संजय कंसल से प्रतिक्रिया लेने की कोशिश की, तो उन्होंने फोन रिसीव नहीं किया। अस्पताल प्रशासन की ओर से अब तक कोई लिखित बयान भी जारी नहीं किया गया है।
स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था पर उठे सवाल
सिविल अस्पताल जैसे संवेदनशील संस्थान में रिश्वत का यह मामला सामने आने के बाद स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था की पारदर्शिता पर सवाल खड़े हो गए हैं। आम लोगों का कहना है कि कानूनी रिपोर्ट जैसी जरूरी प्रक्रियाओं के लिए पैसे मांगे जाना बेहद गंभीर मामला है और इसमें सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।
